1. Scheduling & Cancellations
All sessions are scheduled in advance.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged in full.
No-shows are considered completed sessions and are non-refundable.
This policy protects reserved appointment time and allows consistent service for all clients.
2. Lateness Policy
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the original scheduled time.
Sessions cannot be extended due to client lateness.
3. Payments & Packages
All packages must be paid in advance unless a 2-payment plan has been approved.
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Monthly packages expire within the calendar month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The 10-pack may be paid in full or, if approved, split into two payments.
4. Scope of Services
Juliette provides:
- Private Pilates training.
- Personal training.
- Lifestyle coaching.
- General organizational and food-related guidance that is non-medical in nature.
Juliette does not provide:
- Medical advice.
- Nutrition prescriptions.
- Physical therapy.
- Psychological or mental health treatment.
Clients remain fully responsible for their personal health decisions.
5. Communication Boundaries
Communication is limited to business hours unless otherwise agreed.
Text support is available only for clients enrolled in packages that include it.
Last-minute changes, repeated rescheduling, or unclear communication may result in termination of services.
6. Health & Client Responsibility
By working with Juliette, the client confirms that:
- They are physically able to participate in training.
- They will inform Juliette of any injuries, pain, medical conditions, or changes in health status.
- They understand results depend on consistency, effort, and individual factors.
Juliette reserves the right to modify or stop a session if safety is a concern.
7. Travel & In-Home Sessions
Travel time is included in pricing unless otherwise stated.
Clients are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and appropriate environment for in-home sessions.
If the session location is unsafe, inaccessible, or unsuitable, Juliette may cancel the session and the session may still be charged.
8. Respect & Termination of Services
Mutual respect is required.
Juliette reserves the right to refuse service, terminate a client relationship, or cancel remaining sessions in cases of repeated cancellations, disrespectful behavior, unsafe conditions, non-payment, or boundary violations.
Unused sessions will not be refunded unless otherwise required by law.
9. Agreement & Acknowledgment
By booking a session, purchasing a package, or signing the client waiver, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Client Policy & Agreement.
This agreement is effective immediately upon booking or purchase.
