OPERATING SYSTEMS

The business should run
on more than you.

We work with your team to turn recurring decisions, informal know-how, and disconnected tools into an operating system that can survive a change of ownership.

Make the work repeatable.

We map how a lead becomes a customer, how work is delivered, how payment is collected, and how exceptions are handled. Then we build the procedures, handoffs, dashboards, and controls needed to make those processes repeatable.

A useful process is one your people actually use. Documentation, training, testing, and adoption are part of implementation—not items left for your team after a presentation.

Create accountability below the owner.

We help clarify decision rights, role responsibilities, escalation thresholds, and meeting rhythms. The aim is to move routine operating decisions to capable people without losing oversight.

Owner independence is not owner absence. You should be able to see what is happening without being the only person who can make it happen.

Work with the systems you have.

We review your CRM, accounting, scheduling, field-service, document, and communication platforms before recommending replacement. Where the current tools can support the job, we connect and improve them.

Where a replacement is justified, the plan includes migration, access controls, adoption, and an exit route from the new vendor.

What you leave with.

  • Documented customer-to-cash workflow and exception paths
  • Role ownership, approval rules, and escalation matrix
  • Operating scorecard with defined metrics and accountable owners
  • Practical standard operating procedures and team training
  • Systems inventory, access review, and handover documentation

How we track progress

Owner escalations, process completion, cycle time, job profitability visibility, reporting consistency, and team adoption.

The owner and management team retain operating responsibility. Scope and implementation authority are defined in the engagement agreement.
